Garlic Chili Compound Butter


Recipe Information

Serve on top of broiled salmon.

Recipe Ingredients

  1. 1/4 lb Anchor Unsalted Butter

  2. 1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic

  3. 1 teaspoon lemon zest

  4. 1 tablespoon garlic chilli paste

  5. 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt


  1. Cut the butter into 1 inch cubes and allow to soften to room temperature.

  2. Place the butter into a mixer and add the minced garlic, lemon zest, garlic chili paste, red pepper flakes, and salt and mix until well combined.

  3. Place the butter into a sheet of parchment paper and roll into a log.

  4. Refrigerate until firm.

  5. Cut off slices as needed.
