Bacon & Chive Compound Butter

Recipe Ingredients

  1. 1 lb Anchor Salted Butter

  2. 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped

  3. 5 tablespoons chives

  4. 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt


Method

  1. Allow Anchor Butter to soften at room temperature for 1 hour.

  2. Once butter has soften, add bacon, chives and salt; beaten with an electric mixer until completely incorporated.

  3. Transfer to a piece of plastic wrap and roll into a log (1 inch diameter) and refrigerate until solid.

  4. Remove plastic and slice as needed in to 1 ounce medallions.
