Butter Cream Frosting

Recipe Ingredients

  1. 4 eggs

  2. 3/4 cup sugar

  3. 1/2 cup corn syrup

  4. 10 ounces Anchor Butter, softened, cut into small pieces


Method

  1. Beat eggs to stiff peak.

  2. In a small sauce pan, bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil.

  3. With the mixer on, slowly pour the hot syrup into the beaten eggs.

  4. Once syrup is incorporated, add Anchor Butter; mix until smooth.
