4 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
10 ounces Anchor Butter, softened, cut into small pieces
Beat eggs to stiff peak.
In a small sauce pan, bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil.
With the mixer on, slowly pour the hot syrup into the beaten eggs.
Once syrup is incorporated, add Anchor Butter; mix until smooth.
