1/4 lb Anchor Unsalted Butter
1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon garlic chilli paste
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
Cut the butter into 1 inch cubes and allow to soften to room temperature.
Place the butter into a mixer and add the minced garlic, lemon zest, garlic chili paste, red pepper flakes, and salt and mix until well combined.
Place the butter into a sheet of parchment paper and roll into a log.
Refrigerate until firm.
Cut off slices as needed.
